He was seconded to Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), and served as a Specially Appointed Researcher at the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo, and ACCEL Program Manager at the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). He was appointed President and Representative Director of Glocalink, where he remains to this day.
