OriHime," developed by ORI Labs, is an alter ego robot that can move its hands and neck freely via the Internet and talk to other users. For example, a child who is hospitalized and unable to attend school can remotely control OriHime, which is placed in his or her seat in the classroom, using an iPad app.

Since 2012, Glocalink has been making small investments in prototype development and other projects for companies to be fostered under the "TECH PLANTER" seed acceleration program run by its parent company, RIVANES Corporation. With this investment, Oly Research Institute plans to move forward with mass production of products, strengthening of marketing activities, and hiring of human resources.
