Seminar for R&D Ventures "Labor Management for Growth" [4/27, Call for Participants

Glocalink, Inc. will co-host a seminar for R&D ventures, "Labor Management for Growth," on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in conjunction with Liverness Corporation and the Real Tech Fund.

Labor management is essential for a growing venture company to operate as a corporate organization. Although labor audits related to personnel and labor issues are not mandatory for listing (IPO) examinations, labor compliance is becoming more important in recent years, due in part to the growing interest in work styles. In a venture company with a diverse workforce with a vision first and foremost, many people are unsure of what and to what extent they need to be addressed as labor relations and want to know.

In this seminar, Mr. Yamamoto, a labor and social security attorney, who also handles labor management for numerous ventures, will join us to discuss labor management for ventures, from hiring, health management, employment contracts and work rules, to measures against power harassment and other issues.
