Fabula is a venture company whose vision is to "create excitement from waste." The company dries various types of waste, such as out-of-spec vegetables and scraps from processing, converts them into a powder, places the powder in a mold, and compresses it with heat to develop new waste-derived materials.

In October 2023, the company won the Grand Prize at the Food Tech Grand Prix 2023 organized by Livanes.
We are currently conducting R&D and business development mainly in Japan, and plan to develop new businesses and expand overseas.
