Meat Epoch has realized both ripening and preservation performance of food ingredients with its Aging Sheet technology, which utilizes fermentation bacteria, and has been providing value mainly to food and beverage businesses.

DATATRADE is an IT solutions provider for the distribution and food service industries, including POS systems, and is committed to improving the industry's digital utilization and operational efficiency in the field. We support the operational infrastructure of restaurants and food service businesses through integrated solutions for POS, reservation management, sales, and attendance data.

The purpose of this share transfer is to increase the value of the entire restaurant industry by combining Meat Epoch's innovative food ingredients technology with DATATRADE's expertise in the use of platforms and data for restaurants and stores.
