Yoshinobu Osaka
He completed his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Keio University. He was seconded to Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), and served as a Specially Appointed Researcher at the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo, and ACCEL Program Manager at the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). He was appointed President and Representative Director of Glocalink, where he remains to this day. He has a proven track record of providing hands-on support to pre-startup teams and investing in and fostering venture companies immediately after their establishment. He has been actively involved as an advisor and board member of various companies.

Kazuhiro Hasegawa
Completed graduate studies in engineering at Tokyo Metropolitan University. Ltd. He participated as the first employee of LIVERNESS, Inc. and experienced the start-up, commercialization, and expansion of venture companies. He also visited 3,500 town factories in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, including a large network of town factories, and provided support for prototyping and mass production. Later, at Glocalink, he established a system for investment and nurturing for venture companies in their early stages of establishment, and launched the Center of Garage. He also serves as Executive Officer CHO and Growth Manager of the Real Tech Fund at Liverness Inc.

Shiro Takagi
After graduating from Tama Art University, Department of Production Design, he was involved in the design of promotional materials for cosmetics, etc. In 2014, he joined the local Department of Trade and Industry office in Bohol, Philippines, where he experienced supporting small businesses using digital machine tools such as 3D printers, etc. Since 2018, he has been involved in the establishment of the incubation facility "Center of Garage" in Sumida-ku, Tokyo. He was involved in the launch of the Center of Garage, a facility in Sumida-ku, Tokyo. At the same time, he has practiced a number of accompanying support to local manufacturing ventures. From 2023, he will lead the establishment of an incubation facility in Malaysia.

Shintaro Nishikawa
After graduating from the School of Commerce at Waseda University, he worked for Japan's largest financial institution, a foreign consulting firm, and a foreign financial institution (Corporate Planning Department). He has been involved in a wide range of work including planning and management of IT projects worth over 10 billion yen, organizational transformation, and new business development. Currently, he focuses mainly on venture sourcing and hands-on venture support in the agriculture and food sectors, and has been a Food Cluster Champion at Venture Café Tokyo, a community organization in the U.S., since 2018. He is also a member of the board of directors of a non-profit organization that aims to produce business and support local communities.

Kazuya Morita
After graduating from Keio University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, he worked for a major Japanese food product manufacturer, where he experienced a wide range of operations including production management, product development, and planning in Japan and overseas. Later, as an overseas sales team leader at a flavors and fragrances company, he was involved in strategy planning and execution with partners in 110 countries around the world. He was also involved in regulatory negotiations with authorities in sales countries and cross-industry collaboration.

After graduating from the University of East Anglia, Norwich Business School, he joined a major Japanese grocery manufacturer. Shunji Kurisu
Joined NTT DOCOMO in 2005. He has been engaged in planning and development of new services and functions in the Consumer Business Division for 10 years, and was in charge of project leadership for strategic projects such as i-concier, chatting concierge, voice recognition platform, GPS function, etc. In 2015, he was transferred to NTT DOCOMO Ventures Silicon Valley. Hajime Tanimoto
MBA from Keio University Graduate School of Business Administration, founded RealCom Inc. in 2000 and became CEO and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2007. He left the company and founded Tenex, Inc. in 2013, where he was appointed CEO. He was appointed CEO and Representative Director. As a business advisor to Orii Research Institute, Inc., he provides general support ranging from capital policy and fundraising to development management, sales, and marketing. In addition, as a project manager for new business planning at I-PROS, a spin-off venture from Keyence, a publicly listed company, he led the vision, concept, and strategy implementation of a "next-generation manufacturing industry.

Hitoyuki Suda
After working as secretary to the president of Imagineer, Inc. and corporate planning for JSKYB Corporation (now SKY Perfect JSAT), he was in charge of corporate and business planning for the Softbank Group in 1999, and experienced the IPO of subsidiary Broadmedia Corporation and the launch of YahooBB business, In 2002, he was appointed as CFO of Aeria Inc. and achieved its IPO. Since 2006, he has been involved in M&A and investment (gaming, IT, finance) in several companies, and TOB of listed companies.
