Policy on Countermeasures for New Coronavirus Infections

 

Glocalink has decided on the following policy to continue its business while giving due consideration to the prevention of infection, focusing on the prohibition of overseas travel with a high risk of infection.

(1)
Directors and employees who returned from overseas and their roommates after Monday, March 16, are required to stay home for 30 days.

(2)
From Monday, April 6 to Friday, May 29, all directors and employees, including those on holidays, as well as those living with them, are prohibited from traveling overseas. In the unlikely event that they do travel, they will be required to stay home for 30 days from the date of their return to Japan or the date of contact with the traveler.

Officers and employees are urged to wash their hands, gargle, and take their temperature thoroughly, and any officer or employee who has a cough, fever, or other health problems is asked to stay home.

(4)
Meetings (including private ones) involving eating and drinking after 10:00 p.m. are prohibited in principle.

(5)
We will extend the period and review the contents of the program as necessary, taking into consideration the situation. In the event that a state of emergency is declared by the government, we will promptly comply with the content of the emergency declaration.
