Mr. Hara, representative of Extrabold, Inc. will serve as an executive advisor and exhibit "∞Fluff," a work produced with a 3D printer, in COG to examine whether COG can become a center for exchange between advanced technology and art. As part of the above activities, "∞Fluff," a lighting umbrella reminiscent of giant dandelion fluff, will be exhibited in the COG's co-working space.
This lighting umbrella was created by JAID*, a group of designers from a leading Japanese automobile manufacturer, in a project to create ideas under the theme, "What kind of value can we create for 1 kg?" The project was born out of a project to create ideas under the theme of "What kind of value can we create out of 1 kg? Mr. Hara is the president of Extrabold, Inc. and is aiming to revolutionize the manufacturing industry by developing an ultra-large-scale 3D printer capable of high-speed production and enabling low-cost large-scale production using common resin pellets, In April 2021, GLOKA LINK invested in the company.
