The company aims to realize a future in which anyone can easily ripen and preserve foodstuffs in any environment through the use of zygomycetes. By utilizing zygomycetes, which are active even in low-temperature environments, the company has the technology to extend the shelf life of foodstuffs and advance the maturation of proteins by suppressing oxidation of foodstuffs. Currently, we are spraying the same bacteria on sheets and selling them as aging sheets, as well as aging soybeans in-house.
