1 0 0 % plant-based disaster prevention food developed by NINZIA is introduced to the Center of Garage for the first time in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

(Head office: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshinobu Osaka; hereinafter "GLOKA LINK"),center of a garage(headquartered in Koto-ku, Tokyo; Masahiro Yoritama, President; hereinafter "NINZIA"), a tenant of COG, has introduced "NINZIA BOSAI European-style Curry," a newly developed "1000% plant-based disaster prevention food" that requires no cooking, for the first time in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
NINZIA is a texture engineering company that "creates new forms of food. By focusing on the dietary fiber in konjac, a traditional material, and controlling its behavior, we are developing unique texture creation technology that does not rely on sugar or fat.
While ESG/BCP reinforcement has been promoted in recent years, it is said that a quarter of all municipal stockpiles are discarded due to expiration dates, and "hidden food loss" of disaster-prevention food is becoming a social issue. In response to this situation, NINZIA has launched "NINZIA BOSAI," a sustainable stockpiling system based on the theme of "show, taste, and plant-based. By installing "NINZIA BOSAI" in offices as "disaster prevention food for show," the system can be used as a company cafeteria or school cafeteria on a daily basis, promoting a natural rolling stock, and establishing a system where all employees can know where the stockpiles are, enabling a quick response in the event of a disaster and minimizing risks due to stockpile shortages.
NINZIA Curry, the first product of NINZIA BOSAI, was developed as a "phase-free food" that can be incorporated into everyday meals as well as in times of disaster. The new product is completely vegetable-based and contains no animal fat or oil. Conventional disaster-prevention foods require cooking, such as boiling in water or hot water before eating, due to the tendency of animal fats to solidify at room temperature. The emphasis is on long-term preservation, and disaster prevention food with little flavor is often discarded after its expiration date, contributing to hidden food loss.

The "NINZIA BOSAI European Curry," which will be introduced at COG for the first time in the Tokyo metropolitan area to coincide with International Disaster Prevention Day on October 13, is made with the latest technology from NINZIA and Fuji Oil (Izumisano-shi, Osaka), with both the broth and meat being completely vegetable-based. The product is made with the latest technology from Izumisano-shi, Osaka, Japan. The company aims to set the standard for the next generation of disaster preparedness food, which also accommodates dietary diversity such as veganism. The product can also be used as a "company meal" to encourage "active rolling stock" and help companies reduce disaster-related expenses and food loss.

As a social implementation center for R&D venture companies, COG will continue to build an environment for startups to implement their technologies and create opportunities for socially implemented technologies to emerge from COG through collaboration among companies.
